At Maltreath, we are committed to giving our residents a stronger voice in everyday decision-making and at the heart of planning services that affects them.

We believe training is fundamental to us providing the highest standards of care. Along with in-house training, we encourage and support every member of our team to take up a nationally accredited Diploma in Care / NVQ qualification to support our ethos of continuous improvement.

Food plays a big part in life at Maltreath. Our kitchen team are skilled in catering for all tastes and dietary requirements, delivering delicious and nutritious menus daily. 

Also, being close to the Margate seafront we have access to the best fish and chips in the whole of Kent which is a favourite for our residents. We are calm but vibrant home, with a great community of residents’ relatives and professional partners.
